Jennifer Silva-Boucher is a MarComm expert with 20 years working in corporate, 8 of those years developing and empowering her teams. She provides middle managers and leaders with repeatable practices and consistent system to elevate team performance, improve clarity, set accountability standards, and increase productivity.
Leaving into her Psychology degree, she introduces practical and actionable solutions leveraging occupational & strengths psychology education and research.
